Dans le cadre du développement de nos projets, nous recherchons un monteur vidéo passionné et expérimenté, à l’aise avec les outils numériques modernes, pour rejoindre notre équipe à temps plein…

Profil Recherché

Vous êtes créatif, rigoureux, autonome, et surtout passionné par le montage vidéo et l’animation numérique. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement les logiciels comme Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, CapCut et autres outils similaires. Vous êtes également ouvert à découvrir et utiliser de nouvelles technologies intégrant l’intelligence artificielle (IA)…

Idéalement, vous avez des notions solides en animation (dessins animés ou whiteboard animation). Une expérience préalable ou une familiarité avec des outils IA tels que Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Sora, Runway ML, ou Kling serait particulièrement appréciée…

Une bonne compréhension de l’anglais écrit et parlé serait également un grand atout, même si ce n’est pas obligatoire à la candidature…

Vos Missions Principales Seront de

• Réaliser des montages vidéo classiques pour des projets éducatifs ou narratifs…
• Utiliser l’intelligence artificielle pour le montage vidéo, améliorer la qualité visuelle, créer des effets spéciaux ou optimiser les narrations…
• Concevoir des vidéos d’animation (whiteboard animation, motion graphics) en intégrant les technologies IA disponibles…
• Travailler sous la supervision directe du manager de l’entreprise pour garantir l’alignement du contenu visuel avec les objectifs des différents projets…

Conditions de Collaboration…

• Poste en présentiel à notre bureau situé à Dakar (Liberté 6)…
• Horaires : du lundi au vendredi, 9h à 17h (avec une heure de pause déjeuner)…
• Collaboration initiale de trois mois, avec réelle possibilité de prolongation selon vos résultats et l’intégration réussie dans l’équipe…

Ce poste n’est pas une offre de stage ; nous recherchons une collaboration professionnelle sérieuse…

Compétences et Qualités Souhaitées

• Excellente maîtrise des logiciels de montage vidéo (Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)…
• Curiosité pour les nouvelles technologies et capacité d’adaptation aux outils IA (Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Sora, Runway ML, Kling, etc.)…
• Capacité à travailler en équipe, à respecter les délais, et à proposer des solutions créatives face aux défis techniques…
• Bonne maîtrise du français, avec une compréhension moyenne (ou plus) de l’anglais écrit et parlé…

Rémunération

• 100 000 CFA pour le premier mois…
• 120 000 CFA pour le deuxième mois…
• 140 000 CFA pour le troisième mois…

NB : La rémunération est négociable pour les candidats ayant une excellente maîtrise des outils mentionnés et capables d’apporter une réelle valeur ajoutée à nos projets…

Who We’re Looking For

We need an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual who is highly fluent in American English. Your main role will involve carefully reviewing AI-generated audio voiceovers to pinpoint and correct pronunciation errors, unnatural pauses, awkward speech patterns, and unnecessary silences. You must be someone who intuitively knows how American English naturally flows and can effortlessly detect and communicate improvements…

Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with our French-speaking editing team to ensure visuals align seamlessly with narrations. While English fluency is crucial, familiarity with French—or a willingness to develop your basic French language skills—would be a significant advantage in this collaborative environment…

Your Primary Tasks Will Include

Listening to AI-generated audio voiceovers to identify and clearly communicate any issues affecting clarity, quality, or natural speech flow…

• Collaborating with our video editing team (primarily French speakers) to verify visual content aligns precisely with English narrations…
• Conducting online research to gather accurate and relevant data for scriptwriting, project development, or content enhancements…
• Reviewing video content and efficiently extracting key information as needed…

Working Conditions and Schedule

This is an in-person position located at our Liberte 6 office in Dakar, Senegal.
Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with a one-hour lunch break…
Initial three-month collaboration with strong potential for extension based on your contributions and performance…

Compensation

• 100,000 CFA for Month One
• 120,000 CFA for Month Two
• 140,000 CFA for Month Three

Note: Compensation is negotiable for candidates demonstrating exceptional American English expertise and potential to significantly enhance our content quality and productivity…
